Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy.

Custom Orders

All custom-made products, including personalized neon signs and posters, are final sale and non-refundable once production has started. Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color selections made by the customer.

If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we welcome you to return the product for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. To complete a return, you must provide your order number.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply depending on the product and condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos that clearly show the issue. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
