We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within Canada. Orders with Canadian shipping addresses will be accepted. We do not ship to addresses outside of Canada at this time.

Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply; these will be clearly stated during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
